L’Arenys de Munt A guanya les Ràpides de la Plaça per 3r any consecutiu
Per tercer any consecutiu l’Arenys de Munt A va tornar a guanyar el Campionat de Partides Ràpides per Equips que cada any organitza el nostre club a la Plaça de l’Església.
El campionat, jugat el dia 4 de setembre de 2011, va celebrar enguany la seva XVa edició.
Va comptar amb la participació de 6 equips: 2 d’Arenys de Munt (A i B), el Llavaneres, e Pineda, el Cerdanyola de Mataró i el Canet. A continuació podeu veure una foto de cada un dels 6 equips participants:

Va lliurar les copes l’Alcalde d’Arenys de Munt, en Josep Manel Ximenis.
Va ser un campionat que va comptar amb 36 jugadors repartits en 18 taulers que van atreure el nombrós públic que passejava per la Plaça de l’església.
A nivell individual, el jugador que va aconseguir més punts va ser en Miquel Àngel Flores, de l’Arenys de Munt A, que jugava en el 5è tauler i que va aconseguir 9,5 punts de 10 possibles.

Després de l’entrega de premis, el club de l’Arenys de Munt va lliurar una placa a en DANIEL PAITUVÍ, un jugador històric del club que va ser l’ànima de l’equip durant molts anys.

En Daniel sempre ha estat una persona molt estimada i valorada per tothom, tant pels jugadors de l’Arenys de Munt com per part dels mateixos contrincants.
